Each power plant has its own E-Gate instance, installed locally, which reads the inverters, meters, weather stations and battery system every second. The data is sent to the central dispatching system, while commands are sent back through the same path, with execution confirmation.
The architecture is designed for critical infrastructure. Communication is encrypted, remote access is provided through a secure tunnel with multi-factor authentication, and local operation continues even when the connection to the central system is temporarily interrupted.
Real Time Data Acquisition
Second level readings from inverters, meters, weather stations and storage systems, through Modbus and other common industrial protocols. All values are time stamped and archived.
Alarm Management and Post Incident Analysis
Events are recorded in sequence, with millisecond precision, allowing the exact order in which an incident was triggered to be reconstructed. Alarms are classified by severity levels and reach the team through notifications, email or SMS.
Predictive Maintenance
We continuously compare actual production with the expected production based on the weather conditions at that moment. Persistent deviations reveal weak strings, dirty panels or degrading inverters before the loss becomes visible in the monthly report.
Reports for Investors and Banks
Daily and monthly reports on production, availability and performance indicators are generated and sent automatically. Data can be exported to the asset management platforms you already use.
